Your choices
Optional first-party analytics starts only after you allow it. You can decline without losing access, and withdraw through Privacy choices in the footer. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable tracking. Third-party players load only when you choose to open them.
Page analytics
With consent, we record visits, outbound link clicks, referrer hostname, campaign tags, broad browser/device categories, and random visitor/session identifiers. We never record your precise GPS position. Country is available only when a trusted hosting integration is configured. Raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics.
Analytics events are retained for 90 days. With consent, identifiers are shared across obskrmusic.com and its artist subdomains to count website visitors without adding each artist’s totals. They rotate monthly. Your browser keeps the consent choice for 180 days; identifiers are removed when you decline. Counts describe consenting traffic only, and do not prove a pre-save, stream or purchase.
OBSKR newsletter
Signing up requests a confirmation email. You become subscribed only after confirming. New signups join one shared OBSKR newsletter for Petro Riel and Dansen. Your signup source and consent record are retained. Earlier artist-only subscriptions require new shared-newsletter confirmation before receiving shared messages. Use the unsubscribe link in your email or contact OBSKR to withdraw. Pending signups expire after seven days. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion; unsubscribed records are removed within 90 days.
Enquiries and administration
Booking enquiries are used to respond to you, not to subscribe you to marketing, and are retained for 90 days. Essential administrator session cookies support private account access. Security rate-limit records use daily keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses. Administrative audit records are retained for one year.
Outbound providers apply their own privacy policies after you follow a link or load a player. Hosting and email delivery providers process data needed to operate this service. No advertising pixels are included.
